Andre Prevot Limoges Porcelains     P85

Andre Prevot began decorating porcelain in Limoges about 1945 on Rue de Bougainville, soon also making porcelain and expanding a few times between 1945 and 1958. In 1975 Prevot reorganized as SARL Porcelaines A. Prevot with Josiane and Serge Marcolini, his daughter and son-in-law. When Prevot died in 1978, Josiane became director, later succeeded by her son Lionel Marcolini. The company employed 12 people in 1965, 21 in 1988, 17 in 2003.

In 2003, the company underwent judicial reorganization and was noted as making decorative objects and giftware. Their work included decoration of Limoges hinged boxes.
