Limoges Art Porcelaine L67
Limoges Art Porcelaine (and/or China) Co. has been found as a decorating mark. I found the Limoges Art China Co. mark pictured below, and Gaston and the Waterbrook-Clydes both show exactly the same mark but with Porcelaine in place of China. Possibly late 1800's-early 1900's, but no clear info. And of course, they could be unrelated companies.

Mark L67a: green decorating mark, printing over another mark mostly obscures the word ART before the row of dots between Limoges and China.
