P. H. Leonard was a New York City based importer of Limoges and German porcelains from the 1890s until WWI. Porcelains they imported seem to have been factory decorated but bear Leonard's export mark rather than the factory decorating mark.

Their marks included PHL in a circle or over a line - or LEONARD diagonally across a shield. Please send a picture.
